WHY WORK WITH THE CISVA
ABOUT
Established in 1982, Our Lady of the Assumption School (OLA) is a co-ed elementary school from kindergarten to grade 7 serving families in the Tri-Cities and neighbouring areas. Over the years, we have grown from our humble beginnings in our parish portables, to becoming a highly reputable school with over 240 students.
Our school provides a variety of opportunities with various athletic and fine arts programs, as well as the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Program. At OLA, staff and students participate in many community outreach initiatives, including fundraisers for local and international non-profit organizations. At OLA, our community strives to walk in the footsteps of Jesus through our shared belief to be caring, sharing, and daring.
Our school is located in the growing city of Port Coquitlam, home to several unique local shops and restaurants and near scenic hiking trails and parks, including Minnekhada Regional Park. Learn more about our school: www.assumptionschool.com
