The Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese  (the CISVA) operates 46 schools – 40 elementary and 6 high schools. JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Bookkeeper (0.6 FTE)!

St. Bernadette’s Catholic Elementary School is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. This 0.6 FTE position plays a vital role in maintaining our school's financial health, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, payroll, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll (Payworks) and manage benefits & pension
• Maintain accounts payable & receivable
• Complete bank reconciliations & financial reports
• Ensure accurate tax remittances & government filings

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in Sage Accounting, Payworks, Microsoft Office & Google Suite, preferable with school accounting experience
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Skilled in financial record-keeping and reporting

Salary is in alignment with the Compensation Package and ranges from $28.24 - $39.39
